Great value scrambled egg bagel at Cafe No50 this morning.

Whisk the eggs and milk in a microwave-proof bowl and cook on high for 1 minute;

Whisk again and cook on high for 30 seconds;

Repeat the whisk/cook process in 10 second bursts until the eggs are creamy but not overcooked;

Serve on the toasted wholemeal bread.

What could be simpler and better than scrambled egg on toast

Two large eggs;

75 ml milk;

knob of butter;

two slices of great bread!

Great tasting, well seasoned scrambled egg with gorgeous smoked salmon.

Shame about the toast which need to be thicker and better quality bread.

Still my choice rather than having the usual muffin!
